Description

Own and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, including account structure, testing, and continuous improvement. Evaluate results beyond cost per lead by tracking registration quality, conversions to paying customers, and influence on MRR, while creating creative briefs and supporting web/CRO improvements with A/B tests. Use analytics and AI/automation tools to streamline work and drive B2B growth for CZ and international markets.

Responsibilities

• Manage PPC campaigns end-to-end (structure, optimization, testing; experiment with new channels such as Reddit Ads)

• Measure and analyze campaign performance (lead quality, conversions to paying customers, MRR impact)

• Create creative briefs and define creative requirements for designers/copywriters (banners, videos, responsive ads, landing pages)

• Collaborate on website optimization with SEO/CRO efforts: identify weak spots, propose changes, run A/B tests, explore new B2B acquisition paths for CZ and abroad

• Use AI tools to improve efficiency in working with data and routine tasks

Requirements

• 2+ years of independent experience managing performance campaigns

• Working knowledge of analytics, including GA4 and GTM; ability to spot when measurement is incorrect

• Ability to develop and communicate creative direction via briefs

• Proactive mindset with ownership of plans and execution

• English proficiency for tools, documentation, and campaigns targeting foreign markets
