Description

Join the Product Management team responsible for building a modern HR & Payroll platform and an Employee Portal. As a Business Analyst, you will co-create functionality supporting HR and payroll processes and enabling employee/manager self-service. You will translate business needs into requirements, process models, and functional specs, and help ensure features are usable and ready for delivery.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business requirements for HR, Payroll, and the Employee Portal

• Collaborate with business experts, clients, and development teams to define new features

• Model and optimize HR and Payroll business processes

• Create functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria

• Analyze the impact of changes on existing processes, data, and system integrations

• Co-design solutions aligned with a microservices architecture

• Support analysis of data models and dependencies between system components

• Work with Product Managers on planning and prioritizing product development

• Ensure high usability and intuitive user experience for end users

• Participate in acceptance testing and in the rollout of new functionality

Requirements

• Experience in business analysis of IT systems

• Very strong knowledge of HR (HR processes)

• Practical knowledge of Payroll (payroll processes)

• Ability to gather, analyze, and manage business requirements

• Experience modeling business processes

• Ability to analyze and model business data

• Ability to independently run analysis workshops and align requirements with stakeholders

• Ability to collaborate with development and testing teams
