Description

Join an Intelligent Automation practice to contribute to business transformation using automation solutions and AI-powered tools in fast-paced project environments. You will elicit and document business requirements, create functional specifications, user stories, and process maps, and support delivery across the SDLC through workshops and UAT. The role also leverages AI tools and prompt engineering to improve project efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, current-state processes, and client pain points

• Create functional specifications, user stories, and process maps to support development

• Facilitate client workshops, presentations, and requirements sessions

• Support the project team across all phases of the SDLC by translating business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements

• Facilitate UAT with clients and collaborate with developers to ensure the final solution meets business needs

• Build and maintain strong, credible relationships with project stakeholders

• Leverage AI tools and prompt engineering techniques to automate project tasks and improve delivery efficiency

Requirements

• 2+ years of practical experience in business analysis

• Solid grasp of business analysis frameworks, principles, tools, and techniques

• Solid understanding of the SDLC and how business analysis integrates into software development and deployment phases

• Understanding of business process automation and AI concepts

• UiPath expertise (foundational certifications such as Automation Business Analyst Associate training) or hands-on experience

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with structured problem-solving

• Confident interpersonal and communication skills

• Proactive, coachable mindset with a strong desire to learn emerging technologies

• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2 minimum), with strong written and verbal communication for direct client interaction

Nice to have

• Hands-on exposure to AI tools and techniques such as prompt engineering, LLMs, or NLP
