Description

You will elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements with stakeholders, then partner with Product Owners and development teams in Agile delivery. You will map end-to-end workflows to find process efficiencies and automation opportunities, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by defining test scenarios and ensuring deliverables meet business expectations.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process mapping sessions
• Work with Product Owners and dev teams to manage product backlogs, write user stories, and define acceptance criteria in Scrum/Kanban
• Map end-to-end business workflows to identify automation opportunities and process efficiencies
• Facilitate alignment between business teams and technical delivery squads through clear communication
• Support UAT by defining test scenarios and ensuring deliverables meet business expectations

Requirements

• Proven commercial experience as a Business Analyst
• Hands-on knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like Jira/Confluence
• Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English (written and spoken, C1+)
• Experience within the Pharmaceutical/BioPharma sector, particularly in R&D environments
