Description

You will support an Agile/Scrum development team by gathering and analyzing business and functional requirements, verifying solutions against those requirements, and modeling business processes (including BPMN). You will collaborate with architects, developers, testers, and business stakeholders, and prepare analytical and technical documentation proposing functional and technology solutions. The role focuses on translating business needs into implementable requirements and keeping documentation up to date.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects, developers, testers, and business representatives

• Support the development team in interpreting and implementing requirements

• Verify delivered solutions against requirements

• Collect and analyze business and functional requirements with Product Owners and customer segment owners

• Model business processes using BPMN

• Prepare analytical documentation and propose functional and technological solutions with architects

• Create and update technical documentation

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst

• Experience in Agile/Scrum, including backlog creation, refinement, and working with the Product Owner

• Ability to analyze and document business and functional requirements using Jira and Confluence

• Experience in BPMN-based process modeling and user journey design

• Fluent Polish

• Insurance industry experience (preferred)
