Description

You will support the specification and implementation of the target Knowledge Management operating model by converting strategic design into concrete processes, operating rules, and organizational standards. The work includes analyzing current knowledge-management processes across business units, designing and documenting end-to-end workflows for creating, publishing, reviewing, updating, archiving, and removing knowledge, and defining governance and quality metrics. You will collaborate with business, IT, and AI teams to enable further platform development and scaling to additional bank areas.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing knowledge management processes across different organizational units

• Design and document processes for knowledge creation, publication, review, updates, archiving, and removal

• Define collaboration model between knowledge owners, content authors, editors, and the central Knowledge Management team

• Define roles, responsibilities, and collaboration rules within the target operating model

• Create governance standards, monitoring mechanisms, and knowledge quality metrics

• Design processes for handling user requests, collecting feedback, and performing corrective actions

• Run analytical workshops and align target solutions with business, IT, and AI teams

• Prepare recommendations for further development and scaling of the Knowledge Management model

• Support preparation of documentation, standards, and materials needed to implement the new operating approach

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a business or process analyst

• Experience modeling and optimizing business processes; can describe them clearly for diverse audiences

• Ability to conduct analytical workshops and gather requirements from multiple stakeholders

• Knowledge of governance, process management, or organizational transformation

• Ability to independently prepare recommendations and propose business-aligned solutions

• Experience working on projects with cooperation between business, IT, and technology teams

• Comfort with conceptual work while converting strategy into operational actions

• Experience in knowledge management, organizational change, or digital transformation (preferred)

• Knowledge of BPMN, UML, or other process modeling methods

• Experience in financial services or large corporate organizations (preferred)
