Description

You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and Data/Dev/AI engineers on projects involving AI, data warehouses, cloud, and modern software development. The role includes discovery workshops, translating business needs into a technical backlog, engineering requirements, and supporting UAT and stakeholder alignment. You will also define assumptions for LLM/RAG-based solutions working on validated customer data.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate discovery workshops to identify operational challenges and validate business value
• Translate business requirements into system architecture, process flows, and data flow language for Data, Dev, and AI teams
• Model processes (AS-IS / TO-BE) and create requirement specifications (User Stories, Acceptance Criteria/Gherkin, Use Cases)
• Define assumptions for integrations, business logic for databases, and LLM/RAG logic on verified customer data
• Prioritize backlog and manage scope in collaboration with Product
• Support Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban)
• Assist with acceptance testing (UAT), verify business logic consistency, and present solutions to stakeholders

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst/System-Business Analyst in custom software development projects
• Proven experience communicating with business clients, conducting analytical workshops, and advising with a partner mindset
• Understanding of Data/DWH/Cloud concepts (data structures, relational models, ETL/ELT) and/or LLM/AI integration architecture and limitations
• Strong SQL for independent data exploration, validation, and analysis
• Practical knowledge of BPMN and UML
• Experience writing User Stories and acceptance criteria (Gherkin)
• Awareness of REST/JSON API integration and data exchange between heterogeneous systems
• English level B2/C1 for business communication and project documentation
