System Analyst (Banking Domain)

Description

You will work as a System Analyst focused on project feasibility, eliciting and analyzing business requirements, and defining functional and non-functional specifications for IT solutions. The role includes designing business processes and use cases (with sequence diagrams), preparing technical solution documentation, and ensuring implementation matches the agreed documentation through collaboration with developers and testers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct project feasibility analysis
• Elicit, align, and analyze business requirements; provide recommendations for solutions from both business and technology perspectives
• Create functional and non-functional requirements specifications and ensure their quality and consistency
• Design business processes
• Design use cases and sequence diagrams
• Prepare technical specifications for IT solutions
• Collaborate with developers and testers during delivery to ensure implementation compliance with the documentation

Requirements

• Relevant higher education (IT, mathematics, economics, or related)
• Knowledge of UML and BPMN
• Knowledge of methods for acquiring, structuring, and modeling requirements
• Understanding of IT technologies: APIs, databases, system architecture
• Experience with business modeling using use cases and prototyping
• Very good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
• Good English (at least communication level in speech and writing)
• Experience working with Jira and Confluence
