Description

Contribute to intelligent automation projects by eliciting and documenting business requirements, analyzing current-state processes, and translating business needs into clear functional specifications for development. Facilitate client workshops and requirement sessions, and support the project team across the SDLC, including UAT and collaboration with developers. Use AI tools and prompt engineering to automate project tasks and improve delivery efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, current-state processes, and client pain points

• Create functional specifications, user stories, and process maps to support development

• Facilitate client workshops, presentations, and requirements sessions

• Support the project team across all SDLC phases, translating business needs into actionable technical requirements

• Facilitate UAT with clients and collaborate with developers to ensure the final solution meets business needs

• Build and maintain strong, credible relationships with project stakeholders

• Leverage AI tools and prompt engineering techniques to automate project tasks and improve delivery efficiency

Requirements

• 2+ years of practical experience in business analysis with core business analysis frameworks, principles, tools, and techniques

• Solid understanding of the SDLC and how business analysis integrates into software development and deployment phases

• Understanding of business process automation and AI concepts

• UiPath expertise: foundational certifications (e.g., Automation Business Analyst Associate training) or hands-on experience

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a structured approach to problem-solving

• Confident interpersonal and communication skills

• Proactive attitude, coachability, and strong desire to learn emerging technologies

• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2 minimum) with strong written and verbal communication skills for direct client interaction

Nice to have

• Hands-on exposure to AI tools and techniques such as prompt engineering, LLMs, or NLP
