Description

• Analyze and collaborate with business teams to identify AI-driven automation opportunities.

• Design and implement AI-powered solutions (e.g., workflow automation and intelligent data processing) to reduce manual effort and shorten turnaround times.

• Simplify processes before automating them, then implement them via workflow tools (e.g., n8n), integrations, and AI solutions—together with IT and business teams.

• Discover new automation/AI use cases, test ideas with business cases, and run quick pilots.

• Define KPIs (hours saved, lead times, error rates, costs) and continuously track automation impact.

• Document, monitor, and further develop automations, including error handling, access rights, and fallbacks.

• Advise business teams, manage expectations, provide training and best practices, and align a priority list with stakeholders.

• Work closely with CRM, Graphic, Shop, IT, and Machine Learning teams.

Requirements

• Hands-on mentality; ability to become an expert and dive deep into processes and tools.

• Conscientious and detail-oriented work style for business-critical workflows.

• Experience in process automation, process improvement, business analysis, or a comparable role (ideally in e-commerce or retail).

• Technical understanding and experience with workflow and automation tools (e.g., n8n).

• Strong analytical skills; ability to combine and interpret data from different sources.

• Good English skills.

• Excellent organizational skills; ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at the same time.
