Description

Support and maintain critical applications and production environments to ensure stability and reliable service delivery. You will investigate and resolve incidents using root cause analysis, support deployments through CI/CD pipelines, and troubleshoot application, infrastructure, and database issues. You will also continuously improve monitoring/observability, documentation, and automation while collaborating with development and infrastructure teams in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support production and pre-production environments
• Investigate and resolve incidents; perform RCA and implement preventive actions
• Execute and support application deployments through CI/CD pipelines
• Troubleshoot application, infrastructure, and database-related issues
• Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles
• Improve monitoring, alerting, and observability capabilities
• Automate repetitive operational tasks and processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT Operations, Application Support, Production Support, or similar
• Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk)
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and deployment processes
• Knowledge of Linux and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with databases and SQL
• Scripting skills (Python, Bash, Shell) are a plus
• Good understanding of ITIL and Agile methodologies
• Strong communication skills and good command of English
