Support and operate a Siebel CRM ecosystem and its integrations with back-office systems. Handle change management processes and support deployments, while stabilizing and optimizing operational processes through monitoring automation. Collaborate with development, integration, and business teams and create operational and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Handle change management and support deployments

• Support business users and project teams

• Work with SQL, logs, and monitoring tools

• Collaborate on integrations (SOA/ESB)

• Create operational and technical documentation

• Use AI-assisted tools and modern automation to improve solution design, delivery efficiency, and business process outcomes

Requirements

• Experience with Siebel CRM (Operations/Administration/Support)

• Good SQL and database environment knowledge (Oracle preferred)

• Ability to work with logs and monitoring tools

• Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident/Problem/Change)

• Teamwork and communication skills
