Description

You will ensure the continuity of IT systems—maintenance and correct functioning—while developing, modifying, and integrating solutions according to organizational needs. You will implement new IT solutions, supervise their rollout and operation, and coordinate incident and outage handling with an emphasis on data and system security. You will also collaborate with external vendors to monitor service quality and delivery timeliness, and maintain technical documentation with user instructions and training.

Responsibilities

• Ensure continuity of operation, maintenance, and proper functioning of IT systems

• Develop, modify, and integrate systems to meet organizational requirements

• Implement new IT solutions and oversee go-live and day-to-day operation

• Coordinate incident and outage handling; take actions to improve data and system security

• Work with external vendors/partners and monitor service quality and delivery timeliness

• Maintain technical documentation, prepare instructions, and organize training/instructions for users

Requirements

• University degree (preferred: IT or related)

• Several years of experience in software development, implementation, and integration, including building interfaces between systems

• Very good knowledge of C# and VB.NET and the .NET platform

• Experience with MS SQL Server, Web Services, and REST API

• Advanced English enabling reading documentation and working with suppliers

• Effectiveness and business responsibility
