Description

You will teach AI course blocks for corporate groups, applying AI directly to everyday work such as emails, spreadsheets, offers, contracts, and meetings.

Before each course, you’ll receive participant survey results and company materials so you can tailor the session to their needs.

You’ll also manage course attendance and hand off to a colleague when applicable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver AI training blocks for business groups (online and in person)
• Use provided survey results and company context to tailor the course
• Teach participants how to apply AI to their own work tasks
• Maintain attendance and coordinate handoff when another instructor continues the course
• Train across locations throughout the country

Requirements

• Experience teaching adults and running training, workshops, or similar sessions
• Ability to explain AI to people who are new to it
• Daily use of AI tools and understanding of their capabilities and limits
• Familiarity with agentic workflows and orchestration
• Experience working with skills, workflows, and MCP
• Comfort working with context and context-engineering
• Ability to handle challenges in a dynamic environment and take responsibility
• Ability to invoice as an independent contractor (IČO)

• 1,000–1,500 CZK per taught hour (increasing with monthly hours)
