• Role: Data & AI Consultant

Description

You’ll advise clients from mid-sized companies to large enterprises on their Data & AI transformation, translating business needs into scalable technical solutions. The role includes capturing requirements, shaping Data & AI strategies and initiatives (from pilots to scalable operating models), and supporting project management tasks such as requirements engineering and process optimization. You’ll also lead and contribute to expertise in emerging areas like GenAI and Data & AI governance while presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Client engagement & advisory: advise on Data & AI transformation, working with stakeholders up to C-level to identify opportunities.

• Solution design & implementation: capture business requirements and translate them into Data & AI strategies and initiatives; support requirements engineering and process optimization.

• Innovation & knowledge leadership: drive expertise in GenAI and Data & AI governance (including EU AI Act topics) and contribute to the advisory portfolio.

• Teamwork & communication: collaborate cross-functionally and present strategies and recommendations to senior stakeholders, increasing responsibility as you gain experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, Engineering, IT, or a related discipline

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong analytical and conceptual skills for data-driven business and governance insights

• Ability to connect Data & AI to business objectives (strategy, use case discovery, governance, digital transformation)

• Very good knowledge of English and Polish

• Hybrid availability: at least 2 office visits per month in Katowice

• Senior-level: +5 years of relevant consulting or project experience

• Senior-level: proven track record implementing Data & AI strategies, governance, operating models, or transformation programs
