Description

You will join an AI startup and work with experienced colleagues on real projects. The role is flexible and can include customer success, marketing/growth, product work (AI agents, workflows, automations), and business development—depending on what you’re best at and enjoy. You don’t need to know every tool yet, but you must be genuinely curious and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Customer success: communicate with customers, help with platform deployment, address requirements, and improve how customers use AI

• Marketing & growth: create content and marketing campaigns, run market and competitor research, and find new paths to reach customers

• Product: build AI agents, design workflows and automations, test new features, and prepare solutions for real customers

• Business development: prepare analyses, business proposals, and presentations; participate in meetings with management of large companies

• Early variety: explore different parts of the business first, then progressively specialize

Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience (or shortly after university)

• Strong written communication and ability to present ideas clearly

• Natural interest in AI technologies and how businesses operate

• Hands-on use of AI tools in work, study, or personal projects

• Knowledge of what MCP is

• Reliable and able to follow through without constant supervision

• Independent thinking, curiosity, and fast learning

• Ability to research and find solutions when something is unknown

• Motivation to grow, take responsibility, and embrace new challenges
