Description

• Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions to improve internal processes.
• Integrate language models into company applications, create and optimize prompts, and build solutions using an internal knowledge base.
• Automate processes, prepare data for AI models, and test quality and effectiveness; continuously evaluate deployed solutions.
• Collaborate with IT, business teams, and vendors; help drive the adoption of AI across the company.
• First full-time AI specialist in the company: formalize existing partial experiences into a systematic approach and consult regularly on next steps.
• Initial phase includes learning what AI already exists in the company and contributing to the creation and execution of an AI strategy.

Requirements

• Experience with AI, automation, or application development.
• Practical experience using AI tools with real outcomes or learnings from practice.
• Familiarity with language models (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, and others).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud services.
• Experience with development management tools (Git).
• Analytical thinking, independent problem-solving, and ability to communicate clearly with users and technical teams.
• Use of English for technical documentation and collaboration within the Globus group.
