Description

Provide 1st-, 2nd-, and 3rd-level support for employees and manage Windows-based IT systems. Administer Windows servers, Microsoft cloud services (Microsoft Entra/Azure and O365), Hyper-V environments, and Veeam backups, while coordinating external IT service providers. You may also work with document management systems and apply basic programming knowledge.

Requirements

• Completed IT training or business training with advanced IT knowledge (e.g., Informatikkaufmann/-frau or equivalent)
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience
• Experience with Microsoft Entra/Azure and O365
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems
• Experience with Hyper-V environments
• Knowledge of Veeam Backup
• Independent, reliable, goal-oriented working style
• Proactive willingness to learn new tasks
• Team-oriented communication and commitment
• Driving license class B
• Very good German (written and spoken) plus basic English
