Description

You will manage and support a mature, Microsoft-centric IT landscape including Windows clients and servers, Active Directory/Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 services. You will ensure the infrastructure runs reliably, develop it securely and economically, and provide 1st/2nd-level IT support for end users. Onboarding includes several months to help you learn the existing setup.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation of the entire IT infrastructure and further develop it for the future
• Support and manage ~60 end users as the sole administrator
• Provide 1st- and 2nd-level support and assist colleagues with IT questions
• Inventory the on-site IT landscape, assess configurations and relationships, document, and improve step by step
• Set up systems and workstations
• Monitor and support IT security
• Troubleshoot server and workstation issues, communicate clearly, and resolve problems

Requirements

• Completed training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (or equivalent)
• 2+ years of professional experience as an IT/System Administrator (DevOps with an administration focus is welcome)
• In-depth Windows knowledge (clients, Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID)
• Microsoft 365 administration experience (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune) and PowerShell scripting experience
• Enjoy using AI and supporting colleagues from other disciplines
• Strong awareness of IT security
• Resilience, conscientiousness, and good communication skills
