• Role: IT System Administrator (DATEV / Windows Server)

Description

You will be the central point of contact for customers and ensure the reliable operation of their DATEV applications. You provide technical support, resolve complex requests independently, and administer and optimize the underlying IT infrastructure on Windows Server. You also plan and implement IT projects such as migrating customer systems to the data center, while ensuring availability through proactive monitoring, regular maintenance of servers and storage, and timely updates.

Requirements

• Completed IT vocational training or a degree in a relevant field
• 4–5 years of professional experience
• Experience with managing and further developing complex IT infrastructures
• Solid knowledge of DATEV software, including accounting, tax, and payroll solutions
• Experience in larger IT environments with Windows Server and client operating systems and storage systems
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V and/or VMware
• Very good German language skills (C1/C2)
