Description

You will support and further develop an internal AI platform and AI applications, backed by the Linux and server infrastructure. The role includes developing and integrating AI-based applications (including chatbots and automation solutions) and connecting AI models via APIs and company data. You will also contribute to IT and digitization projects and support daily IT operations with user support (first- and second-level).

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve the internal AI platform, AI applications, and underlying Linux/server infrastructure
• Develop and integrate AI-based applications, chatbots, and automation solutions; connect AI models via APIs and company data
• Participate in IT and digitalization projects from concept to technical implementation and company rollout
• Support administration of IT infrastructure, especially Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, networks, and end devices
• Handle day-to-day IT operations and end-user support, including troubleshooting, software installation, and user requests in first- and second-level support

Requirements

• Completed training or degree in Informatics, IT specialization, software development, or equivalent qualification
• Good knowledge of software development, ideally Python, plus experience with Linux, APIs, and modern IT technologies
• Interest and ideally initial experience with AI technologies, Large Language Models (LLMs), chatbots, and automation solutions
• Basic knowledge of Windows systems, network engineering, and IT administration; Microsoft 365 and Active Directory experience is desirable
• Independent, solution-oriented working style; teamwork and strong communication skills; good German proficiency (spoken and written)
