Description

The IT Manager will lead and develop a small developer team while overseeing multiple IT projects running in parallel. The focus is on project quality and efficiency, planning and scheduling, risk identification with proactive actions, and close collaboration with technical and business teams. The role includes setting goals, providing feedback, delegating responsibilities, and improving delivery standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage and plan the work of a developer team
• Develop team capabilities; provide feedback; set goals and enforce agreements
• Monitor team efficiency and project delivery quality
• Oversee multiple concurrent IT projects
• Monitor project schedules, resources, and progress
• Identify risks and take proactive mitigation actions
• Ensure project execution standards and continuously improve processes
• Collaborate with technical and business teams

Requirements

• Experience managing an IT specialists team (mandatory)
• Strong capabilities in managing and developing people
• Managerial experience in the IT industry
• Experience delivering IT projects
• Ability to delegate responsibility, set priorities, and enforce agreements
• Experience supervising multiple projects at the same time
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to make decisions, resolve conflicts, and react quickly to fast-changing situations
