Description

You will lead IT projects within the Operations area, including automation, technology exchange, technical debt management, and AI implementation. The role requires coordinating technical teams and vendors, managing operational change and risk, and providing clear project status reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical teams and suppliers/vendors

• Communicate and report project status

Requirements

• Experience managing IT projects in Operations/maintenance (maintenance, stabilization, migrations, upgrades, or application environment optimization)

• Very good understanding of IT Operations/ITSM, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Release processes, and collaboration with L2/L3 teams

• Ability to coordinate multiple teams and vendors—planning and supervising technical teams, vendor work, and business stakeholders

• Experience managing operational schedules, risks, and dependencies under production constraints (service windows, SLA requirements) while minimizing business impact

• Strong communication and reporting skills, including regular reporting of status, risks, and issues and effective crisis communication
