Description

You will take ownership of the Decision Experience area, developing solutions that help customers choose an offer. The role combines business, operational, and technology perspectives, with emphasis on process optimization, quality of displayed data, and lead-generation effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize the Decision Experience area (offers presentation and lead generation)
• Ensure the offer selection process is intuitive and free of technical barriers
• Oversee data quality, completeness, and consistency on the website
• Monitor application performance, identify issues, and coordinate corrective actions
• Analyze root causes of errors and initiate actions to prevent recurrence
• Define business requirements and work with IT teams and Product Owners to deliver improvements
• Evaluate the impact of changes against business goals and user experience
• Prepare analyses and recommendations to support product development and process optimization

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in the travel industry in a similar role or related to Business Analysis, Product Development, Process Optimization, or business area management
• Knowledge of travel industry processes and mechanisms
• Analytical thinking and ability to draw conclusions from data
• Very good Excel skills, especially pivot tables and working with large datasets
• Ability to monitor KPIs and identify improvement areas
• Good understanding of technology topics and ability to work with IT teams
• Understanding of the relationships between systems, data, and business processes
• Independence, responsibility, and proactive approach
• Fluent Polish
• Good communication skills in English
