Description

Join a dedicated team developing projects in the area of investment funds. You will design and optimize customer journeys, support the Product Owner with prioritization and MVP scope, and convert business needs into precise functional requirements. You will also facilitate workshops with stakeholders and maintain business documentation and analytical models.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize customer paths using Customer Journey Mapping with UX standards

• Support the Product Owner in prioritizing initiatives and defining MVP scope

• Translate business needs into functional requirements, including planning and estimation of analytical work

• Facilitate product workshops to validate assumptions and refine the product vision with stakeholders

• Manage full business documentation and create analytical models supporting solution development

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Journey, Service Design, Product Management, or similar

• Experience with investment funds (capital markets)

• Hands-on experience designing and developing customer journeys and user experiences in mobile applications (must-have)

• Experience leading product or financial solution implementations from concept through analysis, design, and implementation

• Ability to identify customer needs and translate them into business and functional solutions

• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with business, product, and technology teams

• Higher education
