Description

Lead business initiatives in the FX area in the banking sector and partner with FX Trading, FX Sales, IT, and business stakeholders. Collect, analyze, and refine business and functional requirements, convert needs into user stories with acceptance criteria, and manage/prioritize the product backlog. Support solution delivery by analyzing pricing/quoting/FX transaction processes and participating in design, testing, business acceptance, and rollout.

Responsibilities

• Independently drive business initiatives in FX within banking

• Coordinate collaboration between business stakeholders and IT teams

• Elicit, analyze, and clarify business and functional requirements

• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution scope

• Manage product backlog and prioritize work

• Analyze FX pricing, quoting, and transaction execution processes

• Participate in solution design, testing, business acceptance, and deployment

• Prepare documentation and business recommendations

• Support analysis of production issues and identify improvement opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, management, marketing, or a related field

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business System Analyst, or Customer Journey Specialist

• Knowledge of the FX market and FX Spot, FX Forward, and FX Swap products

• Knowledge of FX pricing, quoting, and transaction execution processes

• Experience with requirements management, product backlog, and scope prioritization

• Ability to work effectively at the business–IT interface

• Independence, ownership mindset, and decision-making capability

• English proficiency at least B2

• Preferred: Experience as a Product Owner or leading product initiatives; knowledge of eTrading, Financial Markets, or Treasury; experience with Bloomberg FXGO, 360T, FXall, or Integral platforms
