Description

You will create and own a new role bridging business clients and the development team, including building a shared standard for documentation and specifications. You will gather and document requirements for telecom and energy projects (CRM, billing, and integrations with KSeF and CSIRE), translate them for developers, and manage product priorities from the backlog. You will also coordinate and communicate the product roadmap and organize UAT for new functionality.

Responsibilities

• Collect and document business requirements from energy and telecom clients for CRM, billing, and KSeF/CSIRE integrations
• Run client conversations independently and act as the primary point of contact
• Build from scratch a consistent specification standard across parallel projects
• Translate business requirements into developer-friendly language
• Negotiate backlog priorities with the development team and internal stakeholders
• Define scope and implementation timelines with clients and manage changes during the project
• Oversee and communicate the product roadmap internally and to external clients
• Coordinate UAT acceptance testing (schedule, participants, and acceptance results on the client side)
• Collaborate with a Scrum team and the CTO; work with Jira and Confluence

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in IT projects
• Ability to conduct independent client discussions and convert outcomes into precise requirement specifications
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence (or similar) for requirements and documentation management
• Basic process modeling knowledge (BPMN/UML)
• Basic understanding of data structures/SQL; working with MS SQL is a plus
• Experience managing a product roadmap and communicating it to different audiences (team and clients)
• Experience coordinating UAT with end customers
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders simultaneously
• Strong communication and meticulous documentation
• Proactive, solution-oriented, collaborative mindset

Recruitment process

• Online meeting with B:RIGHT; discussion of experience and expectations, followed by several technical questions
• Interview with the CTO at the company office
