Role: Business Analyst. Collaboration can be remote with 1 day per month on-site at the client’s office (Warsaw, Poznań, or Wrocław). Budget: up to 125 PLN/h + VAT depending on experience and service scope.

Description

You will conduct business analysis for the delivery of a new module in a mobile investment-products application and for requirements related to electronic FX trading. The work includes designing and optimizing customer journeys and onboarding flows, translating business needs into functional IT requirements, and supporting testing, deployments, and production incident analysis.

Responsibilities

• Perform business analysis for implementing a new module of a mobile application supporting investment products
• Design and optimize customer journey paths, including onboarding into the investment app
• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements; convert them into functional specifications for IT teams
• Model end-to-end business processes (front-to-back) covering investment product handling in digital channels
• Facilitate workshops and consultations with business and technical stakeholders, plus external partners
• Prepare analyses, recommendations, project documentation, and acceptance criteria
• Analyze and define requirements for solutions supporting electronic FX trading
• Analyze FX instrument pricing processes using market data and price distribution to electronic channels
• Collaborate with development teams to refine requirements and implement changes
• Participate in functional, integration, and business testing
• Support deployments and analyze production incidents
• Identify process and customer-experience improvement opportunities

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of business analysis experience on IT projects in the banking or financial sector
• Hands-on experience designing customer journeys and onboarding processes for investment applications
• Experience collecting, analyzing, and clarifying business requirements
• Ability to model and optimize business processes, including front-to-back processes
• Experience running analytical workshops and working with business and technical stakeholders
• Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements for IT solutions
• Experience producing analytical documentation, requirement specifications, and project recommendations
• Ability to define acceptance criteria and support business testing
• Experience working with development teams during delivery and evolution of digital solutions
• Ability to identify issues and propose improvements to business processes
