Description

Support the analysis and development of credit processes for business clients. You will collect, analyze, and document business and system requirements, model business processes (and prepare project documentation), and collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams to maintain a backlog with user stories and acceptance criteria. You’ll also help identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve credit processes for business clients

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements

• Model business processes and prepare project documentation

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and solution providers

• Create and maintain product backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria

• Identify areas for automation and process optimization

• Support delivery teams during Agile/Scrum initiatives

• Participate in workshops, analyses, and solution testing

Requirements

• Experience in the financial sector (banking, fintech, or insurance preferred)

• Practical knowledge of credit processes for business clients

• Ability to gather and analyze business and system requirements

• Experience modeling processes with BPMN and/or UML

• Practical experience with user stories, use cases, and a product backlog

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Experience with Jira and Confluence

• Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical teams
