Description

You will perform business analysis, research, and documentation while preparing and facilitating meetings with clients and the team. The role includes creating project artifacts such as process diagrams and Jira User Stories, with clear and organized communication and timely delivery of assigned tasks. The position emphasizes analytical thinking and structured communication in an automotive/technology context.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business analysis, research, and document findings

• Prepare, lead, and moderate meetings with clients and internal teams

• Create project artifacts (e.g., process diagrams, Jira User Stories)

• Maintain clear, structured communication with client and team representatives

• Complete assigned tasks proactively and on time

Requirements

• Relevant university degree (industrial/mechanical/electrical engineering, computer science, business informatics, or related)

• German at least B2 for day-to-day work and running client meetings

• English and Polish communication skills (spoken and written)

• Interest in automotive and vehicle technology, from both hardware and software perspectives

• Strong analytical skills and ability to structure and synthesize information

• Very good MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel

• Familiarity with Confluence, Jira, and Miro
