Work can be done remotely or from the office in Rybnik, with independent planning of how tasks are delivered against agreed milestones—without strictly fixed working hours. Because the project involves access to sensitive/confidential client data, cooperation is carried out exclusively for the client for the duration of the contract.

Description

Lead a software-focused team of developers, analysts, and testers—ensuring delivery dates, quality, and alignment with the architecture and requirements. You will run agile practices (e.g., Scrum), coordinate with architects and business stakeholders, manage capacity in Jira, and support acceptance activities including UAT.

Responsibilities

• Direct a team of programmers, analysts, and testers: assign tasks and accept their completed work
• Organize team work with agile methodologies (Scrum): sprint planning, daily team meetings, and discussion of conclusions after each sprint
• Prepare and update schedules and monitor team load in Jira
• Support team members in removing blockers and provide feedback
• Coordinate collaboration with the architect, business analysts, and client representatives
• Ensure software quality and compliance with requirements and the agreed architecture
• Detect project risks early and escalate them to leadership
• Report progress to project leadership and the client
• Participate in acceptance testing (UAT) and acceptance of subsequent project stages
• Onboard new team members and support the development of their competencies

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an IT team lead managing at least 5 specialists
• Experience with agile methodologies
• Technical experience (e.g., developer, analyst, tester)
• Knowledge of MS Office and Jira
• Ability to organize own and team work toward goals (task allocation, delivery acceptance, collaboration)
• Communication, creativity, independence, and initiative
• High personal culture, stress resistance, and strong emotional intelligence
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt and continuously develop
