Description

You will contribute to business transformation by using automation solutions and AI-powered tools in fast-paced project environments. The work includes eliciting requirements, documenting current-state processes and pain points, and producing functional specifications, user stories, and process maps for development. You will also support delivery across the SDLC, facilitate client requirements sessions, and help validate solutions through UAT, while leveraging AI and prompt engineering to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, current-state processes, and client pain points
• Create functional specifications, user stories, and process maps
• Facilitate client workshops, presentations, and requirements sessions
• Support the project team across all phases of the SDLC by translating business needs into actionable technical requirements
• Facilitate UAT with clients and collaborate with developers to ensure business needs are met
• Build and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders
• Leverage AI tools and prompt engineering techniques to automate tasks and improve delivery efficiency

Requirements

• 2+ years of practical business analysis experience
• Solid understanding of SDLC and how business analysis fits into software development and deployment
• Understanding of business process automation and AI concepts
• UiPath expertise (Foundational certifications such as Automation Business Analyst Associate training) or hands-on experience
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with structured problem-solving
• Confident interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive attitude, coachability, and desire to learn emerging technologies
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2 minimum) with strong written and verbal communication for direct client interaction
