Description

You will prepare the tender basis for implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. The role requires solid experience in both SAP S/4 HCM and SuccessFactors and a strong focus on HR business processes. You will lead the pre-analysis of data conversion and help ensure integration between the systems to support a clear view of future HR workflows.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate pre-analysis for data conversion from SAP S/4 HCM to SF EC

• Advise on data model, data validity, and data transformation

• Specify integration requirements in collaboration with SAP and integration specialists

• Identify downstream implications in the SAP S/4 environment

• Support mapping of additional integrations

Requirements

• Solid experience with SAP S/4 HCM and SuccessFactors

• Documented experience with master data migration

• Strong understanding of integration aspects

• Ability to build competency models across different organizations

• Experience with requirement specifications for SKI tenders
