Description

You will ensure the secure day-to-day operation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (SAP SF EC) and strategically further develop the module with deep expert knowledge. You will design and steer complex HR-IT architectures in hybrid cloud/on-premise landscapes, continuously optimize end-to-end HR processes, and establish governance and quality standards. You will also lead transformation projects and international rollouts with high budget and resource responsibility while using reporting and analytics tools in a legally compliant, GDPR-aligned way.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational stability of SAP SF EC and drive strategic module development
• Design and manage complex HR-IT architectures, especially hybrid cloud/on-premise
• Continuously optimize end-to-end HR processes and build/advance governance and quality standards
• Lead transformation projects and international rollouts with budget and resource responsibility
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure efficient, compliant HR processes
• Use and further develop modern reporting and analytics tools based on business needs
• Ensure all legal requirements are met, with emphasis on data protection and GDPR

Requirements

• Completed degree in (business) informatics, business psychology, or business administration
• Multi-year proven practical experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central in HR IT or IT consulting
• Strong understanding of adjacent SAP SuccessFactors modules
• Proven experience designing and managing complex HR-IT architectures in hybrid cloud/on-premise environments
• Demonstrated expertise in project/program management (e.g., PMI/PMP, IPMA, agile methods) and experience with PM tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project)
• Multi-year experience leading international rollouts and transformation projects
• Knowledge of reporting and analytics tools such as SAP BI and SAP Analytics Cloud
• Very good knowledge of legal and data protection frameworks, especially GDPR
• Fluent German and English in written and spoken communication
