Description

Own and shape the SAP HCM service strategy and service design, ensuring smooth service transition and ongoing service operations while managing the SAP HCM budget. Lead SAP HCM projects or actively support them and serve as the primary point of contact for HR and cooperation partners.

Responsibilities

• Plan the SAP HCM service strategy

• Design the service design

• Own service transition, service operation, and SAP HCM budget planning

• Lead projects or contribute to them

• Act as point of contact for HR and organization and for cooperation partners

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or Social Insurance (Bachelor/FH diploma) or equivalent, plus at least 2 years of relevant experience

• OR completed training (IT specialist) or in a commercial/office/administration role, plus at least 4 years of relevant experience

• Strong SAP HCM knowledge in application and Customizing

• Structured and responsible working style

• Analytical thinking and decision-making strength

• Conceptual working style and project competence, including knowledge of project management methods/tools and experience leading or participating in projects

• Strong communication skills

• German proficiency at least C1

• Willingness for occasional business travel
