Description

The role supports and maintains the Siebel CRM ecosystem and its integrations with back-office systems. You will handle change management processes, support deployments, stabilize environments, automate monitoring and deployments, and work with SQL, logs, and monitoring tools. You’ll collaborate with development, integration, and business teams while using modern automation and AI-assisted tools to improve solution design and delivery efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Handle change management processes and support deployments

• Collaborate on integrations (SOA/ESB)

• Create operational and technical documentation

• Use AI-assisted tools and modern automation to enhance design and delivery

Requirements

• Experience with Siebel CRM (Operations/Administration/Support)

• Good SQL and database environment knowledge (Oracle preferred)

• Ability to work with logs and monitoring tools

• Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident/Problem/Change)

• Teamwork and communication skills
