Description

You will support and continuously develop business applications, with particular focus on ERP, CRM, and HSEQ. The job includes capturing, analyzing, and prioritizing requirements, coordinating implementations, tests, rollouts, and user training, and managing functional support with vendors. You will also drive improvements through standardization and automation opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support and further development of business applications (ERP, CRM, HSEQ)

• Capture, analyze, and prioritize requirements from business units

• Coordinate implementations, testing, rollouts, and end-user training together with key users and external partners

• Coordinate functional support and collaborate with software vendors and service providers

• Identify and implement improvement, standardization, and automation potential

Requirements

• First practical experience with business applications (ERP, CRM, or similar enterprise systems)

• Interest in business processes and their digital support

• Ability to understand requirements from business departments and develop solutions together

• Analytical, structured, and service-oriented way of working

• Strong communication skills when working with business departments, international teams, and external partners

• Basic understanding of modern IT landscapes, cloud solutions, and enterprise applications

• German at near-native level; good English skills in speaking and writing

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365FO, Microsoft Dynamics AX, CRM systems, or ITIL is an advantage (not required)
