Description

Work as a Salesforce system analyst responsible for analyzing and designing solutions that support corporate banking processes. Translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions, model business processes and solution architecture, and design integrations between Salesforce and external systems. Prepare analytical, functional, and technical documentation and collaborate with architects, developers, Product Owners, and business representatives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and map them to Salesforce system solutions

• Design solutions with a “standard first” approach and recommend custom solutions when platform limitations apply

• Create analytical, functional, and technical documentation with rationale

• Model business processes and design solution architecture

• Design and analyze integrations between Salesforce and external systems

• Collaborate with architects, developers, Product Owners, and business stakeholders

• Participate in analytical workshops and define functional requirements

• Build process, architecture, data model, and integration-flow diagrams

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a system analyst or Salesforce consultant

• Excellent knowledge of the Salesforce platform and standard CRM features

• Experience in system analysis and designing business-technical solutions

• Ability to evaluate and justify choosing standard vs custom solutions

• Experience with synchronous and asynchronous integrations

• Knowledge of REST API

• Experience with message queues (RabbitMQ or similar)

• Advanced Polish and English proficiency
