Description

As part of the project leadership team, you will manage the digital rollout of Systems Engineering software across the company. You will steer and administer technical requirements and asset specifications digitally, and set up project governance including decision-making processes. You will also coordinate between involved departments and prepare governance and management decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the company-wide introduction of Systems Engineering software as part of the project leadership

• Manage technical requirements and asset specifications digitally

• Integrate project steering and coordinate between participating departments

• Prepare governance and management decisions

• Establish project governance and define decision processes

• Plan and track steering committees and strategic workshops

Requirements

• Degree in business informatics, business administration, computer science, engineering, or a comparable qualification

• Solid experience leading complex IT, digitalization, or transformation projects

• Knowledge of budget, resource, and risk control

• Experience in requirements engineering or process management

• Experience planning and conducting stakeholder workshops

• Desirable: experience with RFPs, software selection, and implementing standard software

• Fluent German and English
