Description

Manage and coordinate IT requirements from specialist departments to support the setup of a new site. Plan, organize, and execute IT projects, steering internal IT staff and external service providers, and ensure milestones, schedules, and project budget are met. Document project progress, validate functionality, and deliver final project closeout reports.

Responsibilities

• Capture IT requirements from specialist departments and coordinate their technical implementation as part of the site build-out
• Steer internal IT employees and external service providers to establish new processes and structures
• Own planning, organization, and execution of all IT projects supporting the new site setup
• Monitor adherence to milestones, timelines, and project budget
• Document project progress and functionality and create final project closeout reports

Requirements

• Completed IT degree, training as Fachinformatiker, or comparable qualification
• Several years of relevant IT professional experience
• Solid knowledge and practical experience with modern project management methods
• Hands-on mentality and initiative for building up a new site
• Willingness to travel, especially during onboarding at another site in Germany
