Description

Act as the local single point of contact between Italy business teams and the project team for the ERP and PLM transformation program. You will ensure timely delivery by managing tasks and deliverables, while documenting and validating business requirements and translating them into functional requirements for IT. You will also communicate technical solutions and trade-offs in business language to support stakeholder decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary business-facing representative of the ERP and PLM transformation program for Italy.
• Ensure business requirements are properly documented, understood, and validated.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional requirements for IT teams.
• Translate technical solutions into business language users can understand.
• Facilitate decision-making by helping stakeholders understand system capabilities, impacts, and trade-offs.
• Communicate business concerns, operational constraints, and improvement ideas to the project teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in manufacturing and engineering environments.
• Proven experience with ERP implementations, upgrades, or business transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end business processes in manufacturing organizations.
• Proven experience with Oracle E-Business Suite.
• Experience with ENOVIA PLM or an equivalent PLM platform.
