Description

Drive end-to-end supply chain planning transformations using SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP), from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, testing, and go-live.

Configure and customize SAP IBP modules including Demand, Supply & Inventory, S&OP, and Control Tower, and translate business planning processes into optimized planning models.

Integrate SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and third-party systems using SAP CPI or other middleware.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in the full lifecycle of SAP IBP implementations (requirements, solution design, configuration, testing, go-live)

• Configure SAP IBP modules: Demand, Supply & Inventory, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Control Tower

• Run workshops and interviews to capture planning processes and translate them into SAP IBP solutions

• Design and implement planning models, key figures, planning levels, and operators

• Integrate SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and third-party systems using SAP CPI or other middleware

• Support master data design and migration for supply chain planning

• Mentor junior consultants

• Collaborate with architects and developers on custom enhancements and extensions

• Prepare functional specifications, solution documentation, and training materials

• Participate in pre-sales: solution presentations and effort estimations

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with SAP IBP implementation and configuration

• Strong knowledge of at least two SAP IBP modules (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, Inventory Optimization, or Control Tower)

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC integration scenarios

• Solid understanding of supply chain planning concepts (demand sensing, statistical forecasting, MRP, S&OP cycles)

• Experience conducting client workshops and translating business requirements into functional designs

• Proficiency with Excel Add-in for SAP IBP and analytical planning views

• English proficiency (written and spoken) at B2 or higher
