Description

Lead and coordinate multiple software and embedded development projects, owning scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and delivery. Ensure clear communication with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders while maintaining project governance and delivery processes. Support backlog prioritization, requirements management, and product ownership, and improve project management practices and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multiple software and embedded development projects
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and delivery
• Monitor progress and maintain consistent stakeholder communication
• Establish project governance, reporting structures, and delivery processes
• Support backlog prioritization and requirements/product ownership activities
• Coordinate daily activities between distributed teams (Poland and the Netherlands)
• Resolve delivery challenges, manage dependencies, and adapt plans to changing priorities
• Coordinate resources and align stakeholders across multiple projects
• Improve project management practices, tools, workflows, and delivery standards
• Facilitate collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience managing software development projects with international clients
• Experience managing several projects simultaneously and coordinating geographically distributed teams
• Strong practical knowledge of SDLC and software delivery processes
• Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and translate business needs into priorities
• Extensive Agile experience, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Odoo
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools, including Microsoft 365 Copilot and OpenAI tools
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently with competing priorities
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills
• Ability to manage complex client relationships and resolve delivery challenges effectively
• Fluent Dutch and English (C1 minimum) for business communication
• Ability to collaborate with international teams in a fully remote working environment
