Description

Drive end-to-end supply chain planning transformations by designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP IBP solutions. Work with business stakeholders and technical teams to improve forecast accuracy, inventory efficiency, and overall supply chain visibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in the full lifecycle of SAP IBP implementations (requirements, solution design, configuration, testing, go-live)
• Configure and customize SAP IBP modules (Demand, Supply & Inventory, S&OP, Control Tower)
• Run workshops and interviews to capture planning processes and translate them into SAP IBP solutions
• Design and implement planning models, key figures, planning levels, and operators
• Integrate SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and third-party systems using SAP CPI or other middleware
• Support master data design and migration for supply chain planning
• Mentor junior consultants
• Collaborate with architects and developers on custom enhancements and extensions
• Prepare functional specifications, solution documentation, and training materials
• Support pre-sales activities (presentations and effort estimations)

Requirements

• 4+ years hands-on experience with SAP IBP implementation and configuration
• Strong knowledge of at least two SAP IBP modules: Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, Inventory Optimization, or Control Tower
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC integration scenarios
• Solid understanding of supply chain planning concepts (demand sensing, statistical forecasting, MRP, S&OP cycles)
• Experience conducting client workshops and translating requirements into functional designs
• Proficiency with Excel Add-in for SAP IBP and analytical planning views
• English proficiency (B2 or higher) in written and spoken communication
