Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Expert to drive end-to-end supply chain planning transformations. You will design, implement, and optimize SAP IBP solutions with business stakeholders and technical teams to improve forecast accuracy, inventory efficiency, and overall supply chain visibility.

You will work on complex SAP projects across a variety of industries and contribute to both delivery and pre-sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in the full lifecycle of SAP IBP implementations—from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, testing, and go-live
• Configure and customize SAP IBP modules, including Demand, Supply & Inventory, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), and Control Tower
• Conduct workshops and interviews with business stakeholders to capture planning processes and translate them into SAP IBP solutions
• Design and implement planning models, key figures, planning levels, and operators
• Integrate SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and third-party systems using SAP CPI or other middleware
• Support master data design and migration related to supply chain planning
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior consultants
• Collaborate with architects and developers on custom enhancements and extensions
• Prepare functional specifications, solution documentation, and training materials
• Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution presentations and effort estimations

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with SAP IBP implementation and configuration
• Strong knowledge of at least two SAP IBP modules: Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, Inventory Optimization, or Control Tower
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC integration scenarios
• Solid understanding of supply chain planning concepts (demand sensing, statistical forecasting, MRP, S&OP cycles)
• Experience conducting client workshops and translating business requirements into functional designs
• Proficiency in working with Excel Add-in for SAP IBP and analytical planning views
• Fluent English (written and spoken) — B2 or higher
