Description

Lead the client’s product end-to-end: run workshops and capture requirements, own the backlog and roadmap, and accept delivered functionality before release or production deployment. Own product thinking by challenging client assumptions, proposing solutions, and proactively managing product and scope risks. Use AI and product discovery/delivery practices to keep work well-defined for the development team.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and shape solutions
• Build and maintain backlog and roadmap (prioritization, releases, timeline negotiations, expectation management)
• Prepare tasks for development readiness (acceptance criteria, edge cases, requirements clarity)
• Create User Flow/User Journey, use cases, and interface documentation
• Review and validate delivered functionality before client handoff or production rollout
• Identify and communicate product and scope risks early in the process

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in IT projects
• Ability to run workshops and translate stakeholder input into requirements and solutions
• Proven ownership of backlog and roadmap priorities and release planning
• Experience defining acceptance criteria and boundary conditions
• English proficiency suitable for leading meetings, negotiation, and documentation (C1)
