Description

This role coordinates and leads maintenance, modernization, and renewal projects in heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, and fire-fighting systems. The main goal is to manage technical projects efficiently and ensure all internal customer requirements are met.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance, modernization, and renewal projects
• Prepare tender documents and support award decisions
• Lead projects independently
• Manage external project planners and create milestone and payment schedules
• Own project documentation and reporting
• Plan and monitor project budgets
• Oversee technical systems and support commissioning

Requirements

• Completed engineering degree in HVAC services, building services engineering, or mechanical engineering
• Several years of experience in planning and leading TGA projects
• Refrigeration technology experience
• Knowledge of electrical engineering and building automation
• Project management expertise
• Knowledge of heating, ventilation and air conditioning, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems
• Practical TGA experience
• Knowledge of relevant standards
• Fluent German (C2)
