Description

You will develop and manage sanitary/HVAC projects aligned with organizational objectives, in close collaboration with a Project Manager to ensure efficient and safe execution throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop the project in line with organizational goals, together with the Project Manager
• Analyze client needs and CDC to propose the right solutions
• Ensure the project is executed efficiently
• Regularly check whether set objectives are being met and adjust when needed
• Keep learning about technical aspects
• Monitor and optimize safety on site from execution through project delivery

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar function
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in special techniques or a close sanitary field
• Technical knowledge in the sanitary domain

Nice to Haves

• Knowledge of Dutch or English
• Experience with design and sizing of water supply and drainage networks
