Description

Lead and grow the Mobile Group by setting technical direction and ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple mobile products. You will own hiring, performance, and career growth for Engineering Managers and their engineering teams, and partner with Product and Design to build a multi-product mobile strategy. You’ll also advocate for the Mobile Group by removing blockers and help support Warsaw site operations as a senior leader.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Engineering Managers and the teams (~35 engineers)

• Drive delivery of high-quality mobile experiences; ensure code quality and customer experiences reach production

• Build a multi-product mobile strategy on top of shared platform investments

• Manage cross-organization relationships; remove blockers and create clarity across parallel workstreams

• Support Warsaw site strategy and operations as needed while growing other leaders in Warsaw

Requirements

• Several years of experience managing people managers

• Accountable for a sizable engineering organization (30+ engineers)

• Recent hands-on experience shipping mobile applications

• Ability to thrive in high-complexity environments and balance competing priorities

• Strong ownership mindset; chase issues down and build cross-team relationships

• Fast, curious learner who can absorb and apply new information quickly

• Low-ego leadership comfortable with both technical/product details and executive strategy

• Curiosity about emerging technologies and willingness to apply them to improve productivity and decisions
