Description

You will lead and scale the engineering team building a privacy-focused B2B/B2G product for private data removal and identity protection. The role combines people leadership, technical decision-making, and close collaboration with Product and business stakeholders to deliver secure, reliable, high-quality software.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow software engineers; provide feedback, performance reviews, and career development; hire talent

• Guide architectural and technical decisions and partner with senior engineers to build a secure, scalable, and maintainable product

• Balance feature delivery with technical debt and service reliability; promote best practices and high code quality

• Partner with Product Managers to define priorities and roadmap; translate business needs into engineering initiatives and communicate trade-offs

• Drive planning, prioritization, execution, and continuous process improvement to ensure customer outcomes

Requirements

• Strong software engineering background with experience building production systems

• Technical depth to contribute to architecture and technical decisions

• Experience leading engineering teams in a product environment

• Track record of hiring, mentoring, and growing engineers

• Experience working cross-functionally with Product Managers and stakeholders

• Ability to balance technical excellence with pragmatic delivery

• Strong communication skills and continuous improvement mindset
